Production Time & Delivery
All items are custom embroidered to order in Anthony, New Mexico.

Standard Turnaround: Production takes 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays) prior to order dispatch.

Shipping Transit: Shipping times are separate from internal production handling times.

Carrier Delays: 915 Embroidery is not responsible for postal or freight delays caused by UPS, USPS, extreme weather events, or incorrect shipping address details entered at checkout. Tracking information is automatically provided via email upon label creation.
