Terms of service

By completing a purchase with Rodarte Holdings LLC (DBA 915 Embroidery), you agree to the following conditions:

• Custom Orders: You are responsible for reviewing all sizing charts, garment colors, and text spelling prior to completing checkout.
• Production Window: You acknowledge that all goods are made-to-order and require up to 10 business days for fulfillment.
• Chargebacks: Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback without first contacting support to resolve fulfillment issues will be contested using complete order delivery and policy consent records.
